From April 11th to 14th, Federico Churba Studio contributes to arteBA, in a new edition of the annual contemporary art fair in Buenos Aires.

Federico Churba Studio was in charge of the design of the equipment for “Isla de Ediciones”, a section sponsored by Fundación PROA. The Studio has been collaborating in the development of equipment for this section of the fair since 2013, experimenting with different materials. In this edition, benches, tables of different sizes, display panels and stools were created from simple cutting and bending processes of steel sheets painted in white.
Besides, this year the Banda table of the fCH Collection will occupy the central space of the “Utopian” section, a new exhibition platform that arteBA launches this year to promote the participation of young artists and emerging galleries, in a autonomous location with an innovative layout.

Both “Island of Editions” and “Utopia” will occupy the C Pavilion of La Rural Trade Center, Buenos Aires. In total, the fair will bring together some 400 artists, represented by more than 80 galleries from more than 30 cities in the world, and will offer a large programme of complementary activities.
